How do I open an account?
Eye Q Eyewear is a B2B company. For all eyeglass wearers interested in our products, please call our office and we will help you find the closest retailer nearest you! For all optical locations, fill out our credit application here to get started!
How do I place an order?
You must have an account open with Eye Q Eyewear to place an order. Once you have opened an account you can order by registering on our website, by phone, fax or email (sales@eyeqeyewear.com)
When will I get my order?
To ensure that your order is processed same-day, your order must be sent to Eye Q by 2pm eastern time. Shipping methods are based on customer preferences. Eye Q ships via FedEx and USPS. If you would like your product shipped via UPS you must provide your own account number (bill receiver).
What is your return policy?
Eye Q offers a 1 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects on all current frames.
Worn or abused product will be credited at our total discretion. Product that is not Eye Q, discontinued or defective frames that do not qualify for credit may be shipped back at the customer’s expense upon request.

About Us
For generations the Frumkin family has had roots in the optical industry. Jeffrey’s first taste of the industry began while working for his father in an optical laboratory in the 1960’s. After college, he segued into the retail side of the business and was a pioneer in the development of the eyewear superstore concept.
